uhhh...dunno who makes the final decides on these things but here's the list.

It's the 'of ALL TIME' thing that gets me. I guess it doesn't mean top 25 GOOD animated movies of all time. *shrug*
whadda ya think? I mean it is IGN, and they are a videogame site so maybe we should cut them some slack???
PS. I like IGN a lot, not bashing them in any way, well...not really. :)
